The Atelier Standard: Returns and Exchange Policy

At Fill Cart to Print Down, we are committed to providing you with an unparalleled luxury shopping experience and products of the highest standard. We understand that sometimes a selection is not entirely suitable. Therefore, we offer a dedicated return process, defined by the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged branded packaging, inclusive of any luxury presentation boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective plastic coverings.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as the original order confirmation email) is strictly required.
Items Exempt from Return:
For reasons of hygiene and exclusivity, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bespoke, custom-made, or personalized items.

Select intimate apparel, swimwear, and fine jewelry (where the protective seal has been broken).

Items purchased at a significant discount or marked as "Final Sale."

Any item where the attached security tag or seal has been tampered with or removed.
2. The Return Process
To maintain the security and integrity of your return, all requests must be authorized in advance.

Initiation: Contact our dedicated Customer Atelier via email at returns@fillcarttoprintdown.com within the 30-day window, providing your Order Number and the specific items you wish to return.

Authorization: Upon review, our Atelier will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a complimentary, insured return shipping label. Returns sent without an authorized RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Shipment: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Affix the prepaid, insured label and schedule a collection or drop off the package at the specified courier location. All returns must be shipped via our provided label to ensure insurance coverage.
3. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our Quality Control team, we will send you an email notification.

Inspection and Approval: If the item passes our rigorous inspection for condition and originality, your refund will be approved.

Refund Method: The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for the credit to post to your account statement, as this is governed by your card issuer's internal processes.

Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the returned item is deemed to be in a used or compromised condition, a 20% restocking fee may be applied, or the return may be entirely rejected.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color of equal value, please indicate this clearly when requesting your RMA number. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and will be shipped upon receipt and approval of the returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods
Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Atelier within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an immediate exchange or a full refund, including original shipping costs, and will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement shipment.
